Or, go treat yourself to a good meal!
Have something good to eat, like grilled fish fillet with fried rice or fries, or go for a healthy lunch that consists of salad in the menu.
That’s what I intend to have later. Mmmmm. Yummy!
Feel and imagine yourself having the meal, and having a good conversation with your friend during the lunch meeting.
Picture both (or a few) of you enjoying the chattering while eating away.
Have a friendly discussion with one another.
And aim to come out from the place happy after a good meal.
Wait.
Go in to the eatery happy, and come out happier after that! That should be the way.
Go for somewhere affordable, like a chic cafe or a food court instead of the high classy restaurant in town.
Go enjoy your lunch.
